Mastering Emotional Intelligence Certification Level One


Overview:

Being successful in today's workplace depends significantly on our ability to understand and effectively manage emotions in both ourselves and others.

The truth is everything you do sits on emotions and feelings. Everyone you work with has feelings and emotions. They are interwoven with everything you think, do and say each day on the job and throughout your life.
