We have designed an e-learning portal to help you continue learning after the course completion. This is supported by videos and lessons designed to help you develop your emotional intelligence skills. The action plan will help you to focus your efforts more effectively as you explore, learn and apply the emotional intelligence strategies at your workplace. The action plan reinforce participant’s learning and development to justify your return on investment (ROI).
Course Postwork:
Complete a second online Emotional Intelligence Assessment after completing your e-learning. 


This course will be conducted through mini-lectures, interactive activities, games, role play, group discussions, case studies and online EQ assessment. 

Who Should Attend:
This course is suitable for all levels who wish to effectively manage one’s own Emotional Intelligence in dealing with others. The stakeholder of a company-sponsored participant or individual takes full responsibility to ensure that each attendee must be able to understand, speak, read and write English at a level not lower than Level 4 of the Employability Workforce Skills and Qualification Workplace Literacy before attending the course.
In the event that the attendee does not have sufficient competency to understand, speak, read and write English at a required level during the course, the trainer and assessor will withdraw him/her from continuing the course. There will be no refund of the full course fee.
