Synopsis

The Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) is designed to assess the emotional and social competencies of individuals in organizations. The test is based on emotional competencies identified by Dr. Daniel Goleman.

Emotional and social intelligence makes the difference between a highly effective leader and an average one. The real benefit comes from the 360° view into the behaviours that differentiate outstanding from average performers.

It helps managers and professionals create competitive advantage for their organizations by increasing performance, innovation and teamwork, ensuring time and resources are used effectively, and building motivation and trust.

The use of the ESCI is limited to accredited users who can give accurate, comprehensive feedback to their clients. The instruments are designed for use only as development tools, not for hiring or compensation decisions.
