Discovering EQ at Workplace

Whatever your level, Emotional Intelligence is a "Must Have" skill, the foundation skill to help you grow and succeed.

Course Objectives:
It does not matter who you are and what you do. The more successful you want to be, the more Emotional Intelligence (EQ) you must have. There is no other way.
If you cannot manage your emotions and make rational decisions, what use is a recognized degree, a leadership certificate or even a physician license? This is especially true if you lead others. Without EQ, your team will vanish.
Most HR and hiring managers ignore this –– preferring paper qualifications, work experiences, and technical skills to EQ. A grave mistake.
Business is about people. More and more companies are hiring employees, especially leaders with EQ skills.
We use a basic level WSQ EQ course to demonstrate how you can learn EQ quickly and effectively apply it in your workplace. Once you have learned the basic ways to improve your EQ, you can develop your EQ skill further by taking our Mastering for Emotional Intelligence level 1 and 2 programs.
EQ is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way you perceive and express yourself, develop and maintain social relationships with others, cope with challenges in an effective and meaningful way regardless of who you are and what you do.
Everything you do sits on emotions and feelings. Everyone you work with has emotions and feelings. Whether you are aware of them or not, emotions are interweaved with everything you think, do, and say each day on the job, and throughout your life.
