Discovering EQ at Workplace

It does not matter who you are and what you do.
While qualifications and work experience will always define who is capable of assuming a given role, such competencies rarely predict work performance across a range of occupations and become more predictive of performance the higher one goes up the ladder.
Being successful in today’s workplace depends greatly on our ability to understand and effectively manage emotions in both yourself and others.
Whether you are aware of them or not, emotions are interweaved with everything you think, do, and say each day on the job, and throughout your life.
Research shows that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a separate intellectual capacity. With this being the case, EQ has become the new yardstick by which employees and leaders are measured.
We use a structured WSQ framework to demonstrate how you can learn EQ quickly and effectively and to apply it in your workplace. Once you have learned the basic ways to improve your EQ, you can develop your EQ skill further by stepping up to TalentSmart's Mastering for Emotional Intelligence Level 2 program.
We have created many unforgettable moments with our clients in every single class. We hope to create the same special moments with you in your class.
